As per the KMRL recruitment 2020 notification, selected candidates will be required to work at Kochi (Kerala) on contract basis for a period of 01 year as decided by the Kochi Metro Rail Limited. Required Qualifications
- Boat Master: Second class masters Certificate (In compliance with KIV rules).
- Boat Operator: Second Class Engine Driver with Serang Certificate (In compliance with KIV rules).
- Serang: Serang Certificate (In compliance with KIV rules).
- The candidates must be able to speak, read and write both English & Malayalam with required experience in allied stream.

Age Limitation (as on 01.07.2020)
- Boat Master &Boat Operator: 22 years to 45 years
- Serang: 21 years to 45 years.
